Not bad........good bonus but depends on how much you make. Like most, the more you make the more you get. However, performance triggers are ambiguous or out of your control except a small portion.......and it has to be fully funded. So you can meet all your goals but they can come back and say we couldn't fund the whole bonus program this year.........hasn't been bad the past few years but should have been much more considering the stock returns.
