The benefits package is amazing
The healthcare is (obviously) provided by Anthem, unless you specifically want a different provider. It is pretty substantial and covers a lot for less money. Annual bonus is based partly on your performance and how the company performed compared to last year, which is fair. The retirement plan is provided by Vanguard and is pretty standard. The work from home is pretty flexible depending on your manager. You can buy Anthem stocks at a lower rate at the Financial year beginning.
Work from home is a huge perk. Lots of benefit offerings. Personal time bank changed in 2017/2018 so that leftover time is transferred into short-term disability bank instead of carrying over. Only complaint is that our insurance cost increases yearly and we have had some reductions to benefits (have not noticed anything significant).
