    Benefits used to be decent and while the insurance you can get is decent within itself, the company over the last several years has been finding more and more ways to diminish those benefits, first by taking away a paid holiday as a perceived benefit of being given an additional PTO day and then being told you cannot carry over more than 40 hours into the next year, making it increasingly difficult to fight amongst your team to get in all your PTO so you do not lose it while keeping the business operating. It also used to be that your benefits were given at a decent rate, but now you have to have annual screenings to keep those low rate. The company will pay for those screenings with onsite screenings but they limit the number of screenings, and for someone who works from home, it becomes difficult to get into an office and they then force you to see your personal doctor and pay for the appointment. We used to have Pensions here, used to have Stock Purchase options, over the last several years the benefits keep getting stripped thinner and thinner and more requirements are placed on them making it difficult to qualify. Sadly, I do not see it getting better anytime soon.
