Time-off is a combination of vacation and sick time; so no separate allocation for each. However, most departments offers a work-from-home policy which adds a lot of flexibility to your work-life balance. Most offices locations contain on-site cafeteria, exercise gym, outdoor walking trails, recreation area (pool table and ping pong table) and an small medical clinic.

Salary is set very transparently. Benefits are amazing for associates and very above average for interns.

The best two things are the onsite healthcare clinic and the higher education assistance (both traditional tuition reimbursement and free online classes through SNHU)

The match 4% when you contribute 5% to the 401K. In addition they do this also on bonuses not just your regular salary.

Vacation time is good, and they have a generous work-from-home policy. The most frustrating thing about their benefits package is that we pay way too much for too little health coverage...FROM A HEALTHCARE COMPANY.
