Standard insurance coverage. Comparatively low employee-required contribution
Benefits were better when I started, but have taken a turn for the worse the last few years. Its funny if you receive a write up you may or may not loose your end of year bonus and they don't tell you in the write up. I found out from a colleague. I would bet that they don't treat their employees in Austria where the parent company is located the same way. They get 5 weeks of vacation the first year. Don't expect the same treatment as an American worker here.
Medical/Dental plan is competitive. Holidays are bare minimum.
Great European-style benefits package. In-tune to what the employees need. Some things can't be helped with new healthcare requirements, but the package is still great. Fresh fruit every week, great vacation time, beautiful offices.
Not sure. I wasn't given the chance to see them.
Great benefits (medical, dental, 401k profit sharing, life insurance). Vacation time of 10 days per yr (for new employees) is OK
Company does not only pay insurance premiums, but also pays into my HSA!
