Expensive at the non-basic levels
They offer a complete package.
You have the choice from Aetna, BCBS, and many more. There are coverage levels to fit everyone's needs and budget.
Plans require employee contribution and are very expensive

It is a benefit consulting firm. The health benefit choices are pretty good to choose from
It's great, never had a problem finding a doctor.
High deductible is all you can afford, you may get a 1 to 2% raise, but they will let you take a 35% increase in health premiums. Employee side premiums more than doubles while I was there and deductible of what I could afford went from $1,200 to $4,500, with 20% coverage after that.
I wish the offered HMO options or an option eith a lower premium. The medical benefit options have gone down in quality over the years.
Offer many options from many different carriers using exchange model. Subsidies are limited, buy-ups are available at employee's expense.
