High deductible is all you can afford, you may get a 1 to 2% raise, but they will let you take a 35% increase in health premiums. Employee side premiums more than doubles while I was there and deductible of what I could afford went from $1,200 to $4,500, with 20% coverage after that.
I wish the offered HMO options or an option eith a lower premium. The medical benefit options have gone down in quality over the years.
Offer many options from many different carriers using exchange model. Subsidies are limited, buy-ups are available at employee's expense.
