Medical insurance is offered through the Exchange where you have numerous coverage and premium options. These benefits are also partly subsidized by the company
You have multiple insurance carriers to choose from, such as Cigna, Aetna, etc. There are also many coverage levels to choose from. You can choose a more expensive plan that provides more coverage, or you can choose a less expensive plan that has higher deductibles and higher out of pocket expenses.
Decent choices but extremely costly.
The company increased employee pay to $50,000. The exact amount the company makes employees pay more for healthcare.
I chose the high deductible plan because the other 4 options offered were too confusing to compare in the presented format
everything is great with the benefits
Their medical plans had high deductibles, and the best insurance to cover a family is extremely expensive. They do offer HSAs however
If you were on Medicare they offer no compensational help to pay for it. The plans offered cost from $300 to $400 monthly for a silver plan and still had high deductibles.
Very high insurance premiums. Vision and dental are ok.
