PTO is use it or lose it. Managers make it difficult to use. The company says they want employees to use it, but they don't mean it.
Seniority means nothing. PTO Is based on whether you have children and/or are married.
They do not negotiate PTO
they had the normal days off, except they didn't budge at all for Christmas if it fell on a Thursday you had to be back on Friday.
Great Vacation and PTO. You get vacation and sick pay from day one
It is no better than anyone else in our industry, but I feel a few extra days would be nice
They offer separate sick time & vacation time as well as floating holidays + corporate holidays. Its pretty decent.

Vacation and Paid Time off is almost standard to benefits offered by other similar companies.
As far as the industry goes, it is a little light. Only two PTO weeks and it doesn't rollover. 6 Personal Days. 5 Sick Days. Company paid holidays are just the six major ones.
