Huge selection of plans, which could be confusing to some. It would be amazing if health plans were paid.

Pros: - Mutiple health insurance options to choose from Cons: No pension plan offered Vacation days increase based on years of service (5+ years). Use it or lose it (no carryover)

The benefits could be better overall. Medical and dental very expensive.

Solid benefits overall. Decent 401k match. Loads of ancillary stuff like free therapy for a few sessions a year. Good parental leave. I get the sense that the health insurance benefits are average at best, but they aren’t bad.

Average benefits. High copay and premiums. Nothing special!
