6-8 weeks paid maternity leave with additional 8 weeks 100% paid on STD.
Limited PTO. Up to certain % matching for 401K and health provider horrible.
The best benefit is the newly improved maternity leave (14-16 weeks at full pay for delivering moms; 8 weeks for all parents). The health insurance is very expensive unless you are young, single, and healthy. High deductibles and HSA. PTO is I think mediocre.
15 days vacation. Generous 401k and medical insurance. Chance to work from home occasionally. Generous continuous development program.
Matched 401K, many "soft" employee perks, especially insurance related promotions and discounts; charitable contribution match, phone plan discounts, etc. Aon offers a number of health insurance plans, most with higher employee contribution than I was accustomed to (these are high deductible, HSA supported plans - not premium plans). All-in-all, the health care plans are fairly costly and I would consider that when reviewing salary. Maternity leave is competitive/generous.
Benefits are the usual standard stuff such as vacation and healthcare, personal days and 401 k. Healthcare costs are kind of expensive though.
Aon had a decent employee discount site but PTO could have been better.
Perks at work and pet insurance
Standard benefits package, but the employee stock purchase plan is good
Decent company benefits it was better under Hewitt Associates though, Not sure the benefits since the purchase to Alight. Pay rate was okay but the structure in which raises and promotions were given needs some work. 401K match was great.
