The benefits overall are pretty good. You get 3 weeks vacation and 3 personal days.
Pros - increased vacations days to 15 days Cons - can’t carry over vacation time, use or lose, but competitor allows 5 days carry over and more carryover days with management approval. 5 sick days per year, can carryover, but competitor provides 10 sick days

Aon has a very standard benefits offering that is going to be on par with any of their competitors. Most health plans are high deductible, but they offer multiple insurance carriers to choose from. 401k match is good but has a hefty 5 year vesting period. Other benefits like in office coffee, snack etc. vary by office but are very disappointing. Ability to work remote varies by the job.
