Very generous benefits package that goes above and beyond of just the run of the mill benefits. Health, wellness, monthly lunches, multiple parties throughout the year and covered parking are just a few of the things that I didn't think really mattered until I experienced them.

Benefits at Apex Capital are good. Insurance costs for employees is affordable, but I'm single with no children, so insurance for family might be different. Profit sharing is a good perk.
They match 401k up to 4%, health benefits are awesome.
Apex offers a full benefit package, keeping the cost to employees to a very reasonable cost. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k etc.
I don't have any negative commentary about the benefits at Apex. However I am single with no dependents so unsure how parents and mothers to be feel. Apex covers a significant amount of my health coverage, I don't even notice the small amount deducted from my paycheck. I rarely go to the doctor or get sick and thankfully have not had any emergencies or surgeries since being employed here so I can't provide any feedback there. Good amount of PTO time provided with opportunity to earn extra days through their Wellness Committee Heath Program. I have had years where I have received and utilized 22 days of PTO time during the year. All major holidays are recognized but we don't get all the bank holidays off. I also think the 401K is great too. Right now I can't remember the exact amount they match up to but remember from previous conversations with friends who work elsewhere that the match at Apex was higher than their employees.
Apex provides amazing benefits for their employees. They consider everyone on every decision that is made.
Profit sharing is generous and distributed quarterly to employees who have served with the company a full year.
Apex takes great care of it's employees. They have a generous wellness program, insurance/dental/vision package plus the tuition reimbursement can't be beat. These are just a few things that really add to the overall salary package.
