Offering pretty much the same access to health insurance as any other company, we have United Health Care right now.
Expensive but you get what you pay for.
When I first started with this company the health benefits were excellent and with each passing year the benefits became less and less. The company provided a market increasegment "raise", but the raise only covered what the cost of the raised healthcare benefits. So essentially your pay raise was not existent.
It's expensive unless you take the high deductible plans. Those plans don't cost any more if you spend all the deductible - but you are taking on $4000 in potential Costs perhaps before your hsa is ready to cover it - no different than any other high deductible plan - but the company said definitely inventing that plan
Good selection of plan prices.
Not bad but co-pays were a little bit high.
Average compared to industry - high premiums but better than others
Health insurance costs went up considerably and coverage went down over the past 2 years.
Many doctors weren't covered under the healthcare exchange, so you had to switch to new ones or not go to certain specialist.
Expensive market plan insurance because out of state from UOPX offices
