The benefits are for full time employees only so if your part time your out of luck.
Nothing really offered for benefits for a lower level employee
Dont have a baby while working with them. They will screw you over when its time to come back
Low pay with no future
Best? I couldn't tell you. Worst? Un-affordable health insurance. Vacation? You bet! Although you're lucky to get the check within two months.. and the policy is ever evolving (against the employee)...
I'm a part time employee. So all I have to do is request time off. I usually request time a few weeks in advance, and I've gotten every day I've requested off. Only once was there an issue, because I was initially doing a double shift, and requested the second shift off since something came up, but no one wanted to take the open shift, so if noone showed up, I would have been stuck. Luckily, a coworker who lived near by took the shift. But it sucks, that I can request a day off, get it, and still get stuck.
