They provide their employees with free lunch
No sick days and it takes a long time for PTO to accrue.
The benefits offering was slowing rolling back/getting worse over the 2017 year. The free lunch is helpful. No commuter benefits.
16 days Paid time off. Free lunch, breakfast and snacks. Good insurance coverage. competitive perks comparing to most of the companies in the industry .
Catered amazing lunches, full health insurance, learning platform
401k is the best thing
Free lunch, stipend towards gym membership, 3 weeks vacation + company holidays, commuting benefit, after hours transportation and meals
We're very well taken care off. Among other perks, employees receive: - Very generous parental leave (maternity and paternity), $350 gym reimbursement, lunch every day, unlimited snacks, breakfast (cereal, yogurt toast and avocados!)$100 per month commuter benefits, if you work late - company pays transport home and dinner, Med benefits, One Medical, Vision, Dental, Grand Rapids, EAP, etc... Would like 401k matching but that is unusual to nonexistent in privately held companies.
Great benefits package; and many other perks!
Great benefits package way better than last job.
