Very generous for both maternity and paternity leave
Few can match what AppNeta offers new parents! Depending on tenure, a primary caregiver who has been employed for at least four years can receive up to 20 paid weeks (24 total) off. For secondary caregiver, an employee with the same tenure can receive up to 5 weeks paid and 12 weeks total.
I haven't needed to use it, but there has been a new time off program for parents that is excellent.
