The best thing is our employee & family wellness leave program, depending on how long you've been an employee, you could have up to 12 paid weeks of leave to deal with your own medical issue and up to 10 weeks paid to attend to a family member. That is separate from maternity and paternity leave. With maternity, if you've been employed for four or more years, you can get up to 20 weeks paid and 24 total weeks. Worst is that we have no 401K match.
The company provides $100 towards commuter expenses, which can be used for public transit or parking. Unfortunately, there is no 401(k) plan offered.

Unlimited vacation is very generous. Nobody takes advantage of it, everyone gets their work done. Good health insurance. No matching 401k though. I haven't needed to use it, but the maternal/paternal time off is excellent, one of the best I've ever seen. Also, the mass transit benefit is excellent.
AppNeta has a very good benefits plan - includes all the normal stuff - good medical, dental, vision - all at reasonable rates. I like that the PPO isn't that much more than the normal HMO. Also offers a 401k, although it'd be nice to have matching.
