Benefits are above average. They pay the full premium (100%) for health insurance for families. The only problem is that they really use that to negotiate salaries and undercut wages. They also evaluate health insurance options annually instead of negotiating multi-year commitments, which is unheard of for a company of this size. It creates a lot of unnecessary stress on the employees. They offer 6 weeks of paid maternity, no paid paternity leave (or unpaid paternity leave, it has to be PTO only). Being a small company, they could be more flexible and accommodating, but they really aren't. Used to have more employee events, but they haven't in recent months.
Great health insurance options, PTO packages are generous, company provides life insurance, 401k benefits, optional eye and dental insurance
great health benefits, lack of sick days should be addressed, they pay the premiums on health insurance which is very very excellent.
Health care is included as compensation
