Health insurance was offered after 90 days!
They provide insurance after 90 days but its at a high cost to you. commissions are about $65 per sale, plus daily $35 base pay (which evens out to less than $3 per hour considering you're working 50 to 60 hours to week at least).
Benefits come done to how much money you can save and what other business you can invest in for long term security
There is no benefits unless you are a full on manager.
