Part time employees receive full time benefits
The best thing about the benefits package at Apple is the great internal discounts received as a specialist! Accessories are discounted all the time as new product comes into the retail store.
Health plans are great and are not expensive (and includes a lot). In addition, the vision plan (which I use yearly) is great and I get a free pair of glasses or a year's worth of contacts each year (I alternate each year since my contacts tend to be cheaper). Stock plan can't be beat either, pretty good rate. Life insurance included free, can be increased at employee expense.
Health insurance is pretty good, everything standard
I found the benefits package to be really good. Excelled 401k, ESPP . Commuter options are provide by the company. The only con is the corporate gym, which is very expensive. I would rather pay for private gym which is cheaper than subsidized Apple gym
Very good benefits, and reasonable premiums. Also very simple choices. They offer only a few health plans with pretty clear differences, so it's easy to choose what you are most likely to need.
United HeathCare Insurance at multiple price points; stock purchase plan; vacation buyout, dental, vision, gym perk (taxable), certification exams, sick leave, short-term disability, overtime (limited per mgr approval),
Dental is expensive, about 1/3 the cost of the full-family medical plan.
The best thing about the benefits was the amount of coverage in relation to the premiums. Great value against small premiums.
Part time medical benefits, stock purchase plan, 401k with matching.
