Benefits at Apple are fantastic, great 401K, an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (you can contribute up to 10% of your pay to purchase stock at a sometimes seriously discounted price) plus as long as you're a high achiever you will get stock grants (RSUs vesting over three years) and salary increases anywhere from 5-8%. The insurance (health, vision, dental, life, pet, auto, home) options were great as well. Discounts for all sorts of things such as rental cars, cellular service, home Internet, third-party software and other products, fitness reimbursement for gym memberships and so many other things. Honestly, I never liked to tell my friends or family too much about it because it's almost braggadocious.
Excellent options for part-time retail workers including 401K and stock purchase.
The tuition reimbursement for students is fantastic. The gym membership is also great
Medical benefits for part time! As an employee over 26, this saved me for sure. I got to do what I love while not worrying so much about healthcare etc.
Apple offered discounts for employees as well as a limited friends and family discount. They also provided lots of paid training, almost every week.
Onsite gym, dentist, doctor, wellness center
Discount on products were easily the funnest part of my perks at apple. Really there isn't anything unfair.
Some of the best benefits I’ve seen from an employer.
Good company, bad hours
If you work in Texas the healthcare benefits are through United Healthcare and it's pretty bad. In California they get decent healthcare through Kaiser.
