AppleOne realizes that each temporary associate has different health and welfare benefits needs and has designed a benefit program just for you.
Not really a benefits package for summer interns
Okay PTO, 401K not vested until 3 years, 3%
basic everything, but the worst possible version of it all. 401k - 25% matching up to 3% of base salary health is Kaiser or Anthem Blue Cross HDHP with HSA available - costs around 120/month. NO employer contribution to the HSA. just your own pre-tax dollars. vision/dental is another 10-30, depending how nice you want it. miscellaneous "perks" but nothing substantial
benefits are not competitive, have to be with the company at least 5 years before you can get 3 weeks of PTO, feels like they don't value their employees
Normal benefits - medical and dental and vision. 401k after 90 days. Starting to have flex scheduling in certain areas.
No maternity leave just basic fmla
It's a typical company to work for. Not the worse place.
AppleOne offers medical, vision, and dental, but at a high premium. Additionally, the 401K is matched at a penny on the dollar. Vacation starts at 6 days per year for the first 2 years, and then goes up to 12 days the third year.
They have average benefit package along with minimal perks. They have a close team environment. They have a high turnover and training can be better.
benefit was not okey in appleone, they are not taking care of their employees at all.
