AppleOne realizes that each temporary associate has different health and welfare benefits needs and has designed a benefit program just for you.
very basic benefits, basic vacation and base pay.
Not very comprehensive nor competitive with Other companies
Basic plans, med, dental, 401k (no match), vision, disability, ets
A lot of money for little benefits
Can't speak about this never been offered a job or even in efforts to seek a job for me.
There really was no package deal. Their health benefits were pretty pricey. Nothing was good about what they were offering.
I would not know because I haven't worked there long enough.
HR folks are disorganized, and when switching from employee benefits to COBRA, the process is ridiculously complex...without any explanation. It was extremely frustrating (and remains so) to ensure that I actually am covered by COBRA benefits, after my contract expired. Two months later, even though my checks were cashed, I'm still unsure what my coverage is & have yet to receive a valid card. Thank goodness I haven't needed to go to the doctor yet!
There is no paid vacation in this role as it is a temporary, hourly rate. The health insurance is fairly adequate and comes into effect after 30 days of employment.
Good time off and good benefits from the company. Made working there much better for people in the office.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
