Training isnt very detail oriented. Often times, traits ingrained gets cut short. Could relate to the high turn over.
I was trained by a hostess, she was awesome. Then I was left on my own after the 3 to 5 day training period.
Learning each station of the cook line use to be a major goal to complete each station learned and final quiz for each pasted meant a $0.50 raise for each section completed. They no longer offer that. I worked in five stores in two different states from 2008-15 my starting wage was $9.50 a hour ending wage was $11.00 a hour
its very simple. learn your menu and follow people with strong work ethic
They really did try to train you.
the training for management is 10 weeks but its very detailed and you feel well prepared with you complete it.
not always consistent from store to store.
My 10 week manager training was cut in half. I got five out of ten weeks...
They train you pretty well, you also get free meals during the days you train which is nice. As long as the person training you is good, it will be good training.
Training was very thorough. I had the opportunity to learn all the different stations and everyone was so helpful.
