Training is usually just for protocol and they will stick you with anyone regardless of experience. You will most likely be thrown on the floor with minimal menu or point of sale knowledge. Many new hire quit within the first two weeks due to their incompetence and piss poor training. New employees are basically set up for failure.
Its minimum wage for you while the person "training" you receives 100% tipout and does literally nothing while "training" you.
Job training included hands on and computer guiding.
It’s ok people it’s training correctly everything has to be fast. Constantly checking and labor
The training is hit or miss depending on who the trainer is.
Training was good, you had someone who knew what they’re were doing and very helpful resources
To many days of training
They make sure you are prepared before you go on the floor. You have knowledge of the menu and the process of serving.
minimal job training, train as you go plus two computer sessions. More of a train yourself place. I definately wasn't given the tools I needed.
Everyone is usually friendly and they wont really put you on by yourself unless thety are sure you will be okay. If you need a little more training they will allow you to train for a couple more shifts instead of firing you.
