They often won't give you an actual trainer during training. But if you DO have a trainer...they're often very skilled and helpful.
There wasn't a lot of training. I sat through a bunch of pointless videos and tests, but it was all too easy. I had to basically teach myself and ask a lot of questions from other hosts.
I personally had a really good trainer that I got matched up with but not all the trainers are on the same page about the material which can be confusing to new hires.
Vacational pay is greatI. I like the benifits offer for neborhood exspert.
They have to many tests...not enough classroom time any more
Job was easy, training was too. Learn the lay out of the store and learn how to greet customers and clean messes, best entry level job
It was very detailed and they expected you to catch on fast or let go. was tough for ones who never did food service but willing to learn.
They train you and teach you alot about the job
workers are nice and they help u alot and dnt let u go down on ur own
Their job training online was great! But when I started to do the actual on-the-floor training, I felt like I didn't know much. I was honestly overwhelmed. But the management was able to work with me and place me in a good position. I was just unable to work the hours and deal with how crazy it was.
