They covered most things such as medical, dental and vision.
I enjoy working there. The management is good. The tip is nice and the customers are mostly fun to deal with.
There are no benefits. This isn't the job for anyone looking for a long-term gig. I was initially fulltime but had to switch to part time for school.
The franchisee found the cheapest insurance plans he could possibly enroll in - high premiums, high deductibles, high copays. The bonus system was impossible to achieve and reviews were rarely given.

There is no benefits package unless you are a salaried manager. Salaried managers get full benefits but they work well over 40 hours per week.
