Great package part time for employees who need this job on the side. Beneficial for kids.
There is a benefits package for part and full time employees, which is rare in this line of work. Part time employees still receive dental vision and medical. Downside; the open enrollment period is only once a year in October, is only 9 days long, and coverage does not kick in until January of the Following year.
The health insurance was stable and the tips were good.
Best thing- discounted food ( 50% off). You don't get any other benefits if you work part time (that I'm aware of). Benefits are slim to none honestly.

Not very good benefits for serving.
Good health insurance and 401k
great benefits, low pay.
The benefits start i believe after six months. I opted out because my co workers said it wasn't worth it so i really cant say much.
The insurance is so expensive, and the copays are still outrageous. Vacation time is lost at end of year and doesn’t roll over.
