The best is competition- leave of absence, two vacation at years that is great , 401(k) very food Health care
I guess the 401K is probably the best thing.
Decent discount, benefits of full time, no benefits if part time
No benefits offered to the majority , I was part-time so it wouldn't apply to anyone but upper management
For a billion dollar company like they claim to be they should take better care of the employees. Perks are not offered to any employee under management no matter how many years one has been an employee.
Health insurance available from first day.
It took me out of my comfort zone, working there you'll meet new people and bond with them, putting smiles on the customers faces, and even make new friends from this experience.
The health insurance was to expensive and very limited on options to go with it
The only benefits were an employee discount on food and paid training with my position at the restaurant and only working part time. The only exception of employee discount was alcohol.
Did not give enough hours to employees for us to have company contribution for the insurance. Co-pays were higher than previous employer.
