They are some of the best benefits that I have come across both generally speaking, but at an industry level. Competitive at the top level for every benefit.
Strong 401K matching and generous vacation policy
Amazing package. It blew every other offer out of the water. For example they offer 125% matching of 401k contributions. I have never met anyone who has ever heard of anything higher than 100% matching.
The company provides great benefits including healthcare, 401K matching, mobile phone, free breakfast and healthy lifestyle stipend.
The 401K plan is incredible: if you contribute 6% of your salary, their contribution is 8.75%. They also give 16 weeks maternity leave or 8 weeks for paternity leave, tuition assistance up to $11k/year, an incredible health plan, and charitable contribution matching programs!
Great culture. Attracts great employees.
Best thing - There are benefits for everything: Full health with no premium or deductibles? yup. Dental? sure. Vision? absolutely. Public transportation stipend? why not. Monthly health and wellness allowance? you know it. 401K plan? here's a free $5k/yr. Need time off? how does 4 weeks sound? Oh! and here's a free iPhone every year with a bill we'll cover. Worst thing - They stopped short of giving me a free BMW to drive to work (there is no worst thing...)
401k, vacation (start with effectively 20 vacation days and 10 sick days), flex days, phone bill reimbursement
APT has awesome company perks -- tons of events and happy hours that are both in and out of the office, tons of free food and snacks, game rooms on every floor. Our health insurance benefits are top-notch and almost everything is completely covered.
Vacation policy is really flexible, work-from-home options are pretty good, and there is a great HR team to help manage benefits. Unfortunately there are changes coming to benefits next year.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
