Not tone deaf to the work from home environment created over the last two years and not forcing everyone back in the office.

Overall not bad offerings and prices for the various coverages. PTO program needs serious help - not commensurate with what other cutting-edge technology companies offer (i.e. untracked PTO, more holidays, higher accrual rates, etc.).

The drug plan should be improved.

Technical Account Manager

Being a woman in tech, I only recently started advocating for myself at work about advancement opportunities. Because of this I wanted to ask this question to my male counterparts. When you have 1:1's with your direct reports and talk about career growth / aspirations what is your managers’ response typically? I’d like to gauge how my experience (negative) differs from others. For instance are you met with blockades, enthusiasm, dread, etc?

High monthly premium for PPO, but the coverage is decent. 401k is alright, Match is 30% of your contribution up to 10%. So if you contribute 10%, you will get 3% match

401k is average. Health benefit is good, but monthly premium is definitely higher than any other previously companies that I worked for in the past.
