Just about average, nothing substandard or particularly above market.

Good luck retiring with their salaries which affects your social security check. In addition, their 401K is horrible. I put 5% of my salary in their 401K and 5% outside. I almost made double outside. I highly recommend not putting all your eggs in 1 basket or you will not be able to retire.

Extra holiday days off that are over and above the normal days.

They need qualified individuals to negotiate the health care insurance. Great insurance if you are single. Rough on families.

Horrible - be prepared to get a 2nd job just to afford the monthly benefits premiums. By far the most I've ever paid for benefits (by 2x).

Applied Systems provides benefits that are about the average in the software industry.

Birthday Holiday, Perfect Attendance Holiday, Sick/Vacation Time is generous.

The 401k contributions are automatic, so if you are an intern, it doesn't make any sense at all.
