Comprehensive benefits with a generous leave policy that lets you juggle work & life responsibilities. The company does a good job of taking care of us and offers a lot of wellbeing initiatives.
The best thing about the benefits package at Appriss, is it has me in mind. They have looked at what a person would need and they gave us what we needed. It isn't a bunch of things we don't need. We have a wellness center that I take advantage of and our other insurance is great. We get bonus's and they take into account how far you live from the office, etc. I also get to work from home 4 days a week.
In-house clinic was the best. I have heard that the new one is not so great though
ROWE work environment and an onsite clinic.
overall competitive compensation package based on performance.
Healthcare coverage is outstanding. Many pay $0 in premiums, plus there is a free on-site wellness center for all employees.
One great beneift is the use of the onsite clinic that offers maintenece perscriptions free.
401K match up to 5%, free health clinic on site, free healthcare if your healthy.
The best thing is that they actually have insurance. The worst thing is they don't pay enough so that you can afford to buy it.
Never now what to except with medical insurance - self insured or the random pick of the year. In-house clinic if fine if you have kids needing their annual physical; don't bother if you actually need medical care. ROWE is a joke - take all the time off you want when you get your work done, but the task pipeline is never empty so your work is never done.
