company pays for employee medical benefits and just started 401k matching if you work there for 3 years you're vested. but missing other key benefits and perks, like phone, gym and other discounts.
Good benefits for what was a startup
Best is Holiday schedule, Worst is no vacation carryover, no 401k match.
Front loaded vacation time, average health and dental benefits.
401k Match! 50% match up to 6%
Very comprehensive health coverage. Full medical, good dental, vision, etc. Lots of other resources including legal insurance, pet insurance, etc. Flexible work from home policy, maternity / paternity leave, and 401k plan.
Pretty standard. They do pay 100% medical/dental/vision for single employees. No 401k match at all and every year it’s the same song and dance. No one even expects it anymore which is sad. They used to say ESPP was the balancing factor but now that we’re private, that’s no longer an option. Cellphone reimbursement is nice. 3 weeks PTO for first 4 years , 2 weeks sick time make it a pretty standard package otherwise.
Apptio's benefit package is good and they're always trying to make it better. I'd say the only complaint i'd have in regard to the benefit package would be the lack of 401k matching. Not a huge deal though, but would be nice especially now that Apptio is no longer public.
Overall great benefits! Good insurance, 3 weeks paid vacation that rolls over, 2 weeks of sick leave, maternity leave, and short term disability. Kitchens are stocked with drinks, coffee, and healthy snacks! Only downfall is no 401k match at this time.
-Health Insurance was free which was great -Maternity/Paternity leave was introduced shortly after I was hired -Company did not have a 401K match which is not great
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
