Apria Healthcare employees have access to a 401(k) plan.
Wait a whole year to see if they decide to contribute 1-2%
401k was a joke, they contributed less than .5% of your contribution.
Company matches up to 6%
Company match is discretionary by management, if profitable in the eyes of the private equity owners. When they did pay out, it's been dismal.
The fidelity program has been great. The matching has been really disappointing since it is only communicated a few days or maybe a week before it distributes if they are going to give anything at all. There has only been 2 distributions in the last 5 years. For the years there was no distribution, the company did give everyone an extra paid day off.
its about average to most
It is equal to most 401k plans. They do contribute alot to the plan.
Not to bad! Can’t remember the match
Doesn't really match even after vested. But they do offer this.
Company's 401K match not guaranteed, but based on company performance which cannot be predicted. I'd rather put my money in my ROTH IRA.
