StarStarStarStarStar Former Customer Quality Specialist in Overland Park, Kansas

For a Healthcare company you would think the health insurance would be better. $4K per person out of pocket, $10K for family until insurance will pay 30%

Benefits are good in areas where Kaiser is located. In Utah premiums are so high many lower paid employees can not afford coverage and the deductible is very high.

I haven't had the chance to use the benefits package, but reading through it it seems like it is Comprehensive and is ok for the job that i'll be doing.

StarStarStarStarStar Current Branch Logistics Coordinator in Fort Worth, Texas

The healthcare benefit has changed all 7 years I have been here. They change HSA companies and healthcare companies every year which makes it hard for families to plan.

StarStarStarStarStar Former Employee in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

High deductible, low return, would be ok for single not married. Found it difficult to navigate. Suggested improvements to HR.
