For a Healthcare company you would think the health insurance would be better. $4K per person out of pocket, $10K for family until insurance will pay 30%
Benefits are good in areas where Kaiser is located. In Utah premiums are so high many lower paid employees can not afford coverage and the deductible is very high.
Be ready to pay about $8000 in deductibles for family plan, on top of high premiums.
Con is the cost Pro that they offer any kind of coverage at all.
I haven't had the chance to use the benefits package, but reading through it it seems like it is Comprehensive and is ok for the job that i'll be doing.
The healthcare benefit has changed all 7 years I have been here. They change HSA companies and healthcare companies every year which makes it hard for families to plan.
