Apria has the worst health insurance possible. They don't do any commission on their refills which I thought was unfair.
High compensation and nice benefits overall. A well rounded total rewards package for mid level employees.
they don't match your 401k plan the first year. the insurances come with high deductible minus well not go see a doctor
Best is vacation, no limit but subject to manager discretion. Worst is Medical plan, very high Deductible, high cost.
Some of the best benefits around.
Nothing! Very high deductibles.. Paid over 14,000 when my daughter was born.. out of Pocket
Working outside and being active was a nice plus. HQ would set up a route but we would have reorganize every morning because they didn't have a clue. Benefits were decent, 401k, dental, medical wasn't as good as you'd expect working in the medical field.
Only things Apria offers is a high-deductible $4,000 deductible and then 80/20 coinsurance for healthcare
Apria offered bonuses but most of the time we never reached the goals to receive them due to everything being team based and if someone was slacking it resulted in the whole group not achieving their bonus; Also Health insurance provided was very high deductible but the other insurance plans offered were great!
Horrible insurance high deductible plans
