Company Health insurance is lacking but vacation/pto is great!
No company car. Mileage compensation is 9 cents lower than the IRS recommendation.
Terrible company awful Computer systems Trainers supervisors pay awful communication side by sides job not what said coaching none paychecks not on time employee not good
They offer a lot of time off - up to = 40 hours of sick time - 40 of personal time and up to 150+ hours of vacation time not combined, but separately. That's a lot of hours. Can't take it though.
Best about benefits package is that you have one Its a package that most jobs would offer. The worst is if you do not use it. Out of pocket costs for not using the package is a HEADACHE! My recommendation is to use what is offered to you. You at least safe a little bit of money.
High Deductible plan is the worse ever $8,000 for a family. It really sucks because you dont make enough at this company for a Plan like this.
High deductible insurance with low monthly premiums. Employee discounts are pretty good on food, movies, car buying etc. Dental insurance is very good according to my dentist.
High deductbles no Choices 401k plan
Crazy high benefits, they only offer a high deductible plan and it was around $300 a month with a $5,000 deductible. I can get the same plan in the marketplace for $10 a month. AWFUL place to work.
The health insurance is terrible.
