Apria Healthcare employees receive paid time off benefits, which include vacation, sick time, holidays, and personal days.
6 holidays per year, hourly employees get a dump of vacation days 2x per year. Managers do not accumulate days but can take as much time off as business allows.
401k was a joke, they contributed less than .5% of your contribution.
Accrued Vacation, Personal Time, and Sick Leave. Sick Leave MUST be planned or is considered an occurrence, not sure if one can say if it is actually a benefit if you are punished for using it.
Vacation, personal and sick time offered
In line with market/industry. Managers/Directors and above have no vacation/sick accrual, but based on "honor system."
The Vacation and paid time off seem to be standard for the position that I have applied better than some of the other positions I have applied for.
This is the best benefit APRIA offers. Vacation, personal and sick days are accrued through work time. My position has required overtime so I accrued that time much faster and it accumulates and carries over.
you do get a lot of time off
This was not bad. Good PTO
Earns work each pay period as long as you didn't take any time of work.
