It is time to offer 401K matching. Unlimited PTO primarily benefits company as there still are limits, just not made public - the company doesn't have to carry unused PTO on the books or offer it when an employee leaves. Medical benefit cost going up, but that isn't specifically an Apttus problem. Overall, adequate except for lack of 401K matching.
