    very flexible on PTO; it's unlimited and needs to be approved by manager, and managers are usually flexible. There are some times that it won't be approved, e.g. end of quarter/year etc

    You can't accrue vacation days. They call this unlimited PTO

    Unlimited... Not. Good luck with getting your time off approved, especially if you're trying to take more than a week off.

    PTO Policy is Unlimited - but it is not, you have to plan your vacation a lot in advance, get VP Approval in you try for more than 10 days in a row (2 weeks). I mean I understand you can't be on PTO forever, but it's very strict in general.
