Employees are entitled to 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) during their first year of employment, and increasing amounts after that depending on years of service. PTO is used to cover any/all absences not addressed by any other leave policy (such as bereavement, jury duty, FMLA, etc). Employees get access to their entire yearly balances on the 1st of every calendar year (no waiting for amounts to accrue!). The only exception to this is new hires, who get 40 hours from Day 1, then their other 40 hours after 6 months of service.
Great work life balance, they offer great PTO options! I could not be more pleased.
