Good luck getting them to approve anything, its also the worst plan I have ever seen
Took away carry over this year
They offered 15 days of paid vacation but because we signed off on an "event based schedule", it was difficult to actually take any time off.
Pto is 3.6( I believe) a month For full time employees under two years. Paid days off for thanksgiving, Christmas,Mlk, Labor Day etc. paid off for spring break but not fall break or winter or summer.
Vacation pay did not start to at the year at the employment but you still have to accumulate the vacation pay within the next year to see the vacation pay holiday pay started 90 days at the employment
Great accruals But forced reductions at fiscal year end and calendar year end
9 paid holidays off. 3 weeks vacation for new hires. 2 weeks PTO for new hires.
Change policy can only roll over 5 days.
Accrued time quickly, Work was so busy It was difficult to request off.
