The reason I have stayed with Arby's is that it is a friendly environment and the managers are very understanding and flexible when it comes to schedules. I was in high school at the time and my availability was limited every semester.

There was absolutely no benefits plan other than employee discount for part-time workers. I highly doubt that management got the best benefits as well. If you plan on moving up, don't expect it to be immediate.
