“Generous time off for first the first year”
“Access to an on site clinic is helpful to employees and family. ”
“Company matching up to 6%.”
Lowcost in house insurance plan
Premium costs and coverage are the best I've ever had. One of the great perks of working here. They're focused on wellness and do a lot to push a healthy lifestyle, which is reflected in their benefits package.
Great health insurance, 401K could be better.
Good insurance, 401k match, 401k yearly contribution if company does well. Good car and phone allowance for sales.
401K Match, great benefits package: medical, dental, vision, tuition assistance, pre-tax spending accounts, medical expense options
Great coverage and affordable premiums
Best: Reasonable monthly costs, free doctor's visit at select locations. Worst: Deductible could always be better. Dental insurance not keeping pace with cost of dental care.
Health insurance is great. There is a company clinic close to the office. However, their vacation policy is pretty bad... Not much flexibility offered either.
Vacation is interesting, if you don't use it you lose it....I feel like if I earned it I should be able to take it when I want to
none for interns--could be something they could look into. They are known for being very inflexible with vacation time.
List based on reports from current and former employees. It may not be complete.
