health insurance was competitive and covered everything (health, dental, vision) and they gave you unlimited paid vacation.
The FTO (Flexible Time Off) policy is outstanding and second to none!
You have Flexible Time Off = Take as many days off as possible, if approved by manager. Tuition reimbursement for courses must be from an accredited institution... Health package is low quality, though they do offer a FSA and HSA. Match after 1 year of employment and vesting schedule increase with the number years of employment.
The package is very comprehensive but only available when you work a minimum number of hours which can be a challenge to achieve.
The cost, it was to expensive for me to have.
Very simple and easy to navigate the healthcare provided, flexible about travel and work location for trusted employees. Downside is travel can be extensive at times, very extensive.
