They had everything you would hope to expect from a bigger company.
Greta 401K options. PTO was accrued by how many hours you worked per week. Junior employees start with the traditional 2 weeks off and accrue more time with the more hours they worked (over 40 hours) or as there level of seniority increased (likely every 2 years you get a raise if you push for it).
My liver transplant and follow up care came to about $600,000. I barely paid a dime because of my benefits.
Good amount of PTO allocated, and health plan was very good.
benefit become worse compared 10 years ago due to Obama's policy but is still good.
The Arcadis benefits package is on par or better than all my previous employers. I love that Arcadis employees and nominate others for performance based spot bonuses of up to 4 week pay.
Health Insurance benefits are limited and 401K match is only 30%.
The benefits are pretty good. They include decent medical, paid vacation, 401k, company discounts on things like vehicles, gym memberships, cell phone plans etc.
