There is no benefit package for Beacon of Hope except for medical insurance.

Vision and dental are not included in the insurance but employees have the option to buy into Aflac, which seems to be a waste of money to me. Aside from that, the health insurance is great, the vacation and holy/holiday package is unparalleled, and HR is as flexible as is reasonably possible.

We only receive Medical benefits no dental or vision. There is a 401K plan but the Arch do not match it. We have a Pension plan.
Archdiocese of New York provide defined benefit (pension). It gets fully vested after 5 years at work. The benefit is 1.5% of annual salary. Very few Org is now provides pension. 403B is not matched. No Dental and No Visions. Vacation is 4 weeks. Personal 1 week. Severance is minimum of 4 weeks of pay. Or, one week for every year worked.
