5 percent employee contribution on the 401k and ~3 percent (average) cash balance pension contribution. Heavily subsidized PPO health plan all pros. Great pack as get overall... if I had to find one opportunity for improvement I would say it is one of the few employers in the Fortune 500 not to offer a HDHP.
