Vacation is scant compared to tenure. 80 hours after 1 year, 120 after 5 years, 160 after 15 years. No sick pay. One schedule modification allowed per week. Absence policy is reasonable but runs on an annual cycle. Tally in your file remains for full calendar year. Very difficult for first year employees with commitments made, even prior to employment.

Vacation time is 3 weeks to start and goes up to 5 weeks after 15 years.

They have extended their program to allow for up to five weeks vacation for +14 years employment.
they reinstated the 5 weeks cap, was 5 weeks, then they took away a week, now recently have added it back
They start you at three weeks vacation per year plus holidays. For internships they give you two paid holidays. This is nice but you have to work the day before and after the holiday to get paid for the holiday.
