Health insurance, 401k planning, and paid time off are all fair. Working weekends meant PTO came at a premium and it was hard to conserve.
My absolute favorite benefit is that we are given a "wellness fund" each year. We can get reimbursed for anything that contributes to our wellness that isn't covered by insurance (up to a designated amount). This can be anything from a gym membership to cold medicine.
