The benefits cost is high for the coverage. There is an HSA option so you are able to put money aside to help cover the cost of healthcare

401k match was up to 3% I believe. PTO was average, but did jump after one year No sick leave Medical was expensive and I didn't enroll, Dental and Vision were reasonable
