401k matches 100% up to 6% of your salary, you decide how much % of your salary...that's a golden deal in todays world. The medical insurance for family is substantially less than other corporations, almost half of what I've seen elsewhere. The company pays incentives to it's employees, which is very healthy, and annual merit increases every May thereabouts. It's a solid company with outstanding benefits. And continues to grow providing many opportunities for growth. Management drives pretty hard, but why wouldn't they? They are very fair.
