they are matching sometimes your contribution at a certain percentage
The only downside to the 401k is their employer match is discretionary and can change year to year. Recent years have been good, around 8-9%.
"They basically double the amount of money you invest" is false. There is a discretionary match funded by NCSOFT. It recent years the contribution has been about 10% of the employee's contribution on average. This means $1800 at most if you max out your 401k in 2015.
It's provided by NCSOFT and they basically double the amount of money you invest
There is a 401k plan but the matching is based on a percentage of what you contribute, not a percentage of your salary.
Easy to enroll, HR was very proactive about letting us know when things changed or needed to be addressed regarding the plan. (E.g., enrollment periods, reminders to check balances, etc.)
